The two parties entering into this deal will comply and agree to these terms listed below.

 

1) The two parties come to a agreement on price.

2) We ask for commission agreement to be signed by seller. 

3) Seller must provide State or Federal ID, Social Security, Current Phone and Utility Bill and Bank account number.

4) Buyer must provide Home address, Two phone numbers and Sellers name and Rare Card trader account number.

5) Deposit is to be made direct to Rare Card Traders Account.

6) Approved payments are personnel check or Bank note(up to15 day wait)Wire transfer and cash deposits (up to 3 day wait)

7) Seller then must ship card before or within 48 hrs of funds clearing.

8) When buyer receives car he must then decide if he is going to keep the card within 48 hrs.

9) If buyer keeps card funds are then wired to Sellers account within 24-48 hrs.

10) If buyer for any reason does not want the card Buyer must Notify Rare Card Trader within 48 hrs of receiving card by Email and phone.

11) If buyer does not want card card then must be shipped back to seller within 48 hrs after notifying Rare Card Trader.

12) Within 24-48 hrs of Seller receiving card back a full refund will be wired to buyers Bank account provided within 72 hrs.

 

 

We are FDIC insured and bonded.  For your privacy all personnel information of the two parties will be destroyed besides 1099 form and commission agreement form 48 hours after buyer receives card or after refund of funds to buyer.  Enjoy your new card and thank you for letting Rare Card Trader brokering your deal!
